Some of you may have questions about this site. I hope I can address most of them for you.
Q: Why can’t I see particular a track meet result?
A: The only results I have here are from track meets I’ve timed or from other people who send them to me to host.
Q: Some of the results are incorrect. How do I get it corrected?
A: You’ll need to contact the meet director to let them know. The meet director will work with the timer to verify the mistake and try to correct it.
Q: What’s the difference between a Meet Program and Results?
A: Meet Programs provides information about which athletes will compete in which events. It can include lane assignments and field positions for their respective events. Seeding times may be included to know each athlete’s best performance coming into the meet. Keep in mind that there can be changes to the meet program as athletes are dropped or replaced. These changes can take place minutes before the start of the event. Results are just the outcomes of the running and field events.
Q: Your old TFmeets.net had pictures from track meets in the past, can those be accessed?
A: I’m still deciding how I can bring those old photo albums of past track meets and invitationals. I can’t making any promises.
Q: What happen to previous posts from you old TFmeets.net?
A: My previous posts had links to my social media account that I no longer used and some referenced media files that have been moved. I didn’t want to go back and update hundreds of old posts so I started over.
Q: There is a big gap of missing results. What happen?
A: I took a break from timing track meets from 2017 to 2024.
Q: How do I contact you to time my track meet or invitational?
A: As of 2025 through 2026 I will not be taking on more timing services than what has already been scheduled. This can change soon.
Q: Are you still coaching in any capacity?
A: Unfortunately, I’m not planning to take on any coaching roles at this time. This may change as my children begin to start training and compete.
